Nihon Wines are made exclusively from grapes grown and harvested in Japan. Some of them have recently received a lot of attention and highly rewarded in internationals wine contests. We introduce Nihon Wine which are of great match with our Spring dishes.

The special limited night will be entertained with marriage of Nihon Wine and Teppanyaki. Please enjoy the story of the producer while you are having the Kuroge Wagyu, seasonal vegetables and seafood that smoothly melt with the wines in your mouth.

KIYOFUMI TAKATA, Suntory Wine International Executive Officer and Production Executive Manager
Kiyofumi Takata joined Suntory in 1986, starting in the wine institute and the wine-producing department, and then moving to the company’s office in Paris, where he was in charge of studying production and the development of new products. From 1990 to 1993, he studied at the Geisenheim laboratory in Germany, and was then the master of Tominooka winery from 2010 to 2014. On current post since 2014.
